THE RIVERFRONT PARK COMMUNITY FOUNDATION

Enhancing Life in Downtown denver

The Riverfront Park Community Foundation was established in 2000 to foster excellence, diversity and opportunity in the downtown Denver community. The Foundation has forged a strong voice across a variety of communities in Denver and continues to have an impact on the Riverfront Park neighborhood and the city. The Foundation is committed to making Riverfront Park and downtown Denver a better place to live.

Funding for the Foundation comes from a one-half of one percent (0.5%) transfer assessment on real estate sales within Riverfront Park. This includes residential sales, sales of apartment buildings and sales of retail condominiums.

The Foundation is a non-profit, tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(4) of the Internal Revenue Code.
